Returns & Refund Policy


This warranty is only applicable for selected premium items in this store in which the 6-month warranty is explicitly stated on the product page of the premium items. Our warranty will only be valid if the jewellery is proven by our independent jewellers to be defective due to the manufacturing process. Your Jewellery Realm warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, gradual degradation, damage, and breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery. Please note that the buyer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs under warranty claims. 

Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Jewellery Realm. Charges may apply for the repair of pieces deemed outside warranty. Jewellery Realm pieces are delicate by nature and therefore should be worn with care. Please see the care instructions below.  When a good is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply.

How To Care For Your Jewellery Realm Pieces

We strongly recommend not to store your jewellery in the boxes you receive it in, as they are not designed for long-term use. 

Sterling silver:  
Valued for its versatility and beauty, sterling silver may be worn every day without fading. All sterling silver will oxidise slightly and tarnish over time. To care for your piece, simply polish it with a silver polishing cloth or dip it in a gentle silver cleaning solution. Silver is a delicate material, so remember to treat your piece with love.   

Gold/silver plating is a method of bonding a thin layer of liquid gold/silver onto the surface of another metal; such as sterling silver or brass, by electrochemical plating.  Jewellery Realm pieces are of the highest quality with plating thickness varying from 2 to 3 microns. To care for your piece, avoid wearing it in water and take care when using perfume, foundation, tanning products and lotion. Tarnishing is subject to change due to the acidity of the wearer's skin, and exposure to such products. Please note that tarnishing is not a manufacturing fault. 

Gold Filled: 
With the elegance and beauty of gold, gold filled jewellery is a long-wearing alternative to solid gold without the price tag! Featuring a layer of 14k solid gold bonded to brass, our gold filled collection may be worn every day without tarnishing. To care for your piece avoid wearing it in water or exposing it to chemicals. Clean it using warm water and a soft cloth. 

Solid Gold:  
The metal of royals, gold has long been revered for its rarity and timeless beauty. Unlike many other metals, gold will never tarnish or fade, making it perfect for everyday wear. To care for your piece, simply polish it with a gold polishing cloth or dip it in warm water, using a mild detergent. Please avoid swimming in chlorine or salt water and all contact with chemicals. Gold is a delicate material, so remember to treat your new piece with love. 

Semi-Precious Stones:  
To clean your semi-precious stones, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid wearing them in water or exposing them to detergents or chemicals. Hair spray, perfumes, chemicals and soaps can damage and/or discolour the stones.  

Consumer Law:  

All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the relevant consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

The six month limited warranty for selected premium items excludes, to the extent permitted by law, damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, substitution, improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorized repairers, theft, disappearance, loss (including lost stones) or any other type of use causing deterioration.  

To the extent permitted by law, Jewellery Realm reserves the sole right to judge whether or not an item of jewellery has been subject to ordinary wear and tear.


Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may submit a return request. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items which have been worn or damaged will not be accepted. 

Personalized pieces (monograms and engraved pieces) are unable to be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke nature.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons you cannot return or exchange earrings unless faulty.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit your return request to our customer support team at and provide us with your order number and email used when placing an order in our store.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:-

a) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
b) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please note that we do not refund items for late delivery in which we have shipped the order. Shipping and delivery time are based on the courier and are entirely outside of our control.

As such, for specific items and international orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your items. If it exceeds this time period, please reach out to our friendly customer executive team at so we can investigate this issue for you.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
No returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Jewellery Realm reserves the sole right to consider returns, refunds or scope of warranty (if applicable) of items on sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, please send a polite email to our friendly customer executive team and we will happily guide you to our nearest returns center.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
